Thank you for a great stay. The venue is reasonably clean, with amazing location just off restaurants and walks as well as Lynton. The staff are amiable, managed the parking on site.
Cold breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

The views from our room were fine, and breakfast was a treat with homemade jams. Our family, including two babies, really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the B&B. The hosts were warm and accommodating!
My children wished there was a play area for them to enjoy.

The breakfast here was fantastic, especially those gluten-free pancakes, and the gin bar offered a lovely way to unwind at the end of the day. There's a cozy TV room and a sun terrace for a chill vibe after your adventures. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, but it didn't really take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. 🌟

The owners, richard and robert, are super friendly and so cute. Our room was gorgeous, really comfy, and had fine sea views. Breakfasts were amazing, especially the fresh smoothies, and the cream tea on arrival was a fab touch. There's also a lovely cozy drawing room to chill in after a long day exploring.
